Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What is a Kakobuy spreadsheet and how does it help my search?

A: A Kakobuy spreadsheet is a structured catalog of verified product URLs, seller profiles, factory batch names, and warehouse QC photos. It translates domestic marketplace listings into accessible links formatted specifically for instant pasting into the Kakobuy shopping agent search bar.

Q2: How do I order items from this directory using Kakobuy?

A: Simply copy the verified product URL from any listing on our site. Open your Kakobuy account dashboard, paste the URL directly into the top search bar, choose your specified colorway and size, and add the item to your agent cart for processing.

Q3: Are the QC (Quality Control) photos featured on this site authentic?

A: Yes. All referenced QC photos are gathered from verified warehouse arrival inspections. They showcase true-to-life details, including fabric GSM weight under bright lighting, stitching patterns, and hardware engravings, before parcel shipping fees are paid.

Q4: How do you handle dead links or removed seller stores?

A: Marketplace stores in China often rotate URLs due to inventory updates. Our database conducts daily automated checks to remove broken links. If a primary listing goes dead, check the secondary or alternative batch link provided in the same category row.

Q5: What do factory batch names indicate?

A: Factory batch names identify specific independent manufacturing runs known for distinct material standards, pattern accuracy, and price points. We label these tiers so you can choose between budget-friendly options and top-grade 1:1 precision.

Q6: How can I choose the correct size?

A: Never rely on standard S/M/L tag labels, as Asian sizing often runs smaller than Western sizing. Measure a well-fitting jacket or pair of pants you currently own in centimeters, then compare those metrics against the tape-measure QC photos in our database.

Q7: Is this website officially run by Kakobuy?

A: No. We are an independent, community-driven resource hub and price comparison directory. We operate separately from Kakobuy and do not handle logistics, warehousing, or direct sales.
